Registration Deadline: 30 August at 5 pm
1. Minimum Age
1.1. Participants must be at least 16 years old to register and participate in the Ngwempisi Hiking Expedition.
2. Minors Participation
2.1. Participants under 18 years old are allowed to join the event only if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. The parent or legal guardian must also be a registered participant and will be fully responsible for the minor throughout the event.
2.3. A signed consent form from the parent or legal guardian is required for minors to participate.
3. Proof of Age
3.1. All participants may be required to provide proof of age upon registration.
3.2. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid passport, driver's license, or national ID card.
4. Safety and Supervision
4.1. Parents or legal guardians must ensure that minors adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers.
4.2. The organizers are not responsible for the safety and supervision of minors during the event.
Weapons: Including firearms, knives (other than small utility knives), and any other items intended for use as a weapon.
Illegal Substances: Any form of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the hiking trails or in the camping areas.
Glass Containers: Glass bottles or containers of any kind.
Fireworks: Including sparklers, firecrackers, and any other type of explosive device.
Non-biodegradable Materials: Such as plastic bags, styrofoam containers, and any other non-recyclable materials.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the hiking trails or in the camping areas for safety and environmental reasons.
